'95 900 Sprint Luggage
I've just bought a '95 model (but newer shape) 900 sprint. It has the triumph rear rack fitted, but I have a set of Givi panniers I want to fit. Did givi ever make a rack to fit?, as it's not listed now if they did.
Thanks
Rob

There was a Givi mounting kit for the Wingrack, but it's long since discontinued. They do turn up on eBay and in the classifieds here from time to time.
Cheers,

Thanks for the reply. Did Triumph do their own rails?

Rob,
You might check with Sprint Manufacturing in England= http://www.triumphparts.gbr.cc/, they still list the wing rack for the Sprint. I used to own another "96" Sprint with the rack and the triumph branded Givi bags, as a matter of fact I still have the trunk left after someone stole my original sprint.

Not entirely sure what you mean here... Triumph sold a Givi Wingrack setup under its own name with Triumph badges on the the Givi E36 cases through about '96, then replaced it with its own design luggage and mounts. The re-branded Givi stuff worked across the T3 sport/touring range, but the Triumph bags were only offered on the Trophy and the Sprint Exec. (They used the same bags on Tigers and later Sprints, but that's beyond the scope of this forum.) I'm not sure if the mounts for the Triumph bags were ever made available for the other T3 models.
Like Glenn says, Sprint Manufacturing still lists them as available, so they may still have stock. That may be your best bet there.
Cheers,
-Kit

I have got a complete givi wingrack and top box set-up on my 96 Sprint. I picked mine up second hand on ebay but they don`t come up very often as a lot of people will sell them on with their bike. If you can`t get it new, your best bet will be to look out on ebay for a bike for sale that already has one fitted and try and convince the buyer to sell it seperately. Incidently, the one I have was fitted to my `92 Trident also therefore the new and old shape Tridents and Sprints have the same bits.
If you buy new, make sure you get the wingrack with the integral indicators as it is less hassle than trying to relocate your original indicators.
The pic is my Trident. I don`t have any of the Sprint on my work computer unfortunately.

Thanks for the comprehensive replies. I've had a look, and the set does indeed seem to be still available from sprint. I'll give them a ring and see if it's compatable with the genuine rack.
Thanks for the info.

Just so the answer is here...
The Givi Wingrack side mounts (2-box mounts) should work with the factory rear rack. The Wingrack 3-box mounts would require removing the factory rack.
The N150 Wingrack is the 2-box version with indicator lights. The N151 is the 2-box without indicators.
The N140 is for 3 boxes and has lights; the N141 mounts 3 boxes but does not have lights.
Any of the 4 Wingracks can be mounted with the proper mounting kit.
Cheers,
-Kit
