guitarsavior Member Super Sidecars Favourite Bike: 95 Daytona 1200 Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: Claremont, CA Posts: 55	daytona/trophy 1200 engine compatibility So I was wondering, if you put a daytona 1200 head and cams on a trophy 1200 crankcase would that work?

t552 Senior Member Supersport 600 Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: Bristol UK Posts: 153	swap Yes it would work, but if you want the power you would need to channge the pistons. D1200 used short stroke pistons to raise compression. A great mod for 885cc engines too. pistons that is lol Paul.
