Alternative?

Hi,

If your seat is in good condition, then maybe you want to think about a "type L" Hagon rear shock? This lowers the Sprint's seat height by 25mm. See www.hagon-shocks.co.uk for more details.

I don't think there is much padding depth in our Sprint's seat to play around with?

Is the Sprint 900 seat interchangeable with the Daytona 900 seat?

I have a low seat fitted on mine and am looking for a regular height seat.

The Sprint seat should interchange with the Daytona's just fine, but the seat cowl only fits the Daytona seat, not the Sprint seat. I'm also not sure if the grab rail is usable with the Daytona seat.

Cheers,

My lowered seat has a custom yellow and black cover and there are no bolt holes in the side to attach a rear cowl.
I believe a grabrail is standard on Daytonas....?

Here's mine:

Another way to lower the bike is to flip the rear eccentric adjuster over 180 deg. and slide the fork legs through the yokes the corresponding amount, keeping in mind the side stand my need to be shortened.
