94 Speed Triple rad question

i need to change the plastic end on my rad- i talked to a rad guy and he said there should be some sort of a gasket behind it once you un-crimp the rad core from it..is there somewhere to source this gasket from? any part diagrams i have found dont show the rad in seperate pieces and i assume im supposed to buy the whole rad...the rad guy said he was confident he could re-crimp the end back on from my donor rad and it would seal up just fine but i figured if someone knows where to get the gasket that it woud be a plus. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I dont know for sure on this raditor but i have took them aprt in the past on car types and they had a oring type seal on them not a gasket and most of the time we just reused them. So if it is just a damaged tank you might be able to do that hope it helps some
