hello old chaps!
i must admit i have been a little bit naughty for not coming on here for a while, but i am very rarely around these days, due to work, and yes, a girl, lol.
but.......i now have a nice big barn in which i have started doing a full strip and rebuild of my old d750, and although i only really have one picture worth showing, hopefully, it should wet your appetites for more!
the bits you cant currently see, are away at the powdercoaters, eventually the frame will go away, with any other bits of metal i find, and the engine will be swapped for my original 750 lump, with the 900 crank conversion, which will all be finished off with a respray of the panels, and a full replacement of all nuts and bolts with high grade stainless steel items!
i might even get my givi panniers sprayed at the same time!
oh, and thanks for missing me guys!

I don't know about that thing with too many wheels, but congrats on the new girl and the bike work!
Can't wait to see her when she's done! (The bike, not the girl.)
Cheers,
-Kit

Good to hear you're still around.
Got to say I'd never noticed that crazy leading link set up and front wheel on your bike before though

Hmmmm, that is a strange wheel setup. I knew there'd be trouble when they started outsourcing suspension parts fabrication to Ural!
And nice to see you're back, Daytona...pointy haired avatar and all!

a v6 is the best configuration going for a car, after all, it is 2 triples bolted together!
yes, i did notice the front wheel looked abit weird, maybe thats why i fell off?
ah, so many questions/posts to answer!
lol
anyway, picking up new wheel bearings, headstock bearings, carb to manifold rubbers, and carb to airbox rubbers, front and rear brake master cylinder seal kits and clutch master cylinder seal kit today, as well as other bits (a hefty £200 bill) so slowly gathering all the smaller parts to be replaced, as i already have full set of new disks, refurbed front calipers, new coils, new tyres etc.....
thanks again guys, nice to know im memorable!
