Brake liight not working off front lever

My brake light works perfectly when the foot brake is activated but not when the front brake lever is pulled. I guess there is a switch on the lever somewhere to check. Will this circuit have a seperated fuse to the rear brake? Anything else that needs to be checked?

Not much to it, really. There's a switch under the brake lever perch that's held on by a Phillips screw and connected to 2 wires. IIRC, it doesn't even matter which way the wires go. Same switch for most Triumphs and lots of Kwaks as well.

Cheers,
-Kit

Thanks for that. Had a fiddle with the switch and it works now. I guess I knocked it when I fitted my muffs a few days ago.

Extra Motorcycle: I wish
Same happened to me on the day before my MOT I took the old one off and the prong snapped off in my hand. New one was £7, screw in and bingo!
