Super 3 being parted out
Ive found this on Ebay

What a shame a very clean looking, good running Super 3 is being parted out. Seems a bit wrong to me. One of you UK lads should snap it up as a complete bike IMHO.

The guy states in the advertisement its because he can get more money for it in bits as he is starting a new business and he needs the cash.
It gets worse he is going to do the same to a 1995 Speed 111.
Some people just should not be given the opportunity to have items of motorcycling history in their keep

I can't believe that myself either, such a short production run bike and pulling it to bits. But the folks on there asking for bits are only fuelling the fire, and he's asking daft money for things. I hope his business fails miserably, quickly, and to the tune of house reposession. I'll make him an offer for the full bike though and see what happens. Doubtless others have already done so to no avail.

Good work Urban Peasant I hope you go well and end up purchasing it from this butcher and put an end to all this unpleasantness.It is hard to tell by the photos but it does appear to be in great condition. Keep up posted eh?

This guy has changed his tune slightly, yesterday when I first spotted this he was wanting 1200 for the whole front end!Totally agree with Urban Peasant although he'll get none of my money - I'll keep a watch and see what happens.And he's a crap speller!
