aren't fathers great!

my old man gave me a ring last night asking what shift i'm on today, i told him i had the whole day off, but had an interview for a promotion at work at 4.
he said he was gonna be in my area at lunchtime, if i wanted to meet up for a bite to eat....(i never turn down a meal)
we meet up, he gives me a load of help for my interview and presentation, then says, "your doing so well at the moment, and i know its killing you not having the bike running, so i picked this up for you" and hands me a brand new ignition coil for the bike!
cant wait to get my interview out of the way now so i can get the coil fitted!

oh, and he payed for lunch too!!!!!!!!

what an incredible dad in a time of crisis!

the bike used to be his for 15 years, he was the first owner, so he always likes to make sure im looking after her properly.

it makes me sound really spoiled, i know, but to honest, my parents didnt have sweet F.A. when i was growing up, so now im older, they like to make up for it whenever they can
