Another Lie Possibly!

Well, as I figured and no email telling me that the brace is on the way. Such a shame that a company like this can't make good on their claims. What's even sadder is they are a sponser.

Well Super Brace what's the problem this time? What additional excuse will you come up with? Or are you so ashamed of your current performance that your unwilling to answer a simple, truthful question like "when am I going to get the brace", with the same simple truthful response.

After your last promise of;

Jeffrey,

Your order will be billed and shipped no later than June 25th. We have your info on file and will send you an email confirmation the exact day we bill and ship your order.

Take care,
SuperBrace

So gentleman what's your answer now. What are you going to do to make good on your promises. Are you in the business or are you just full of it. What's your problem? I'm simply astonished at your total lack of concern for your customers.

Cheers

26th and still no contact, still no product. This is absured, why is it so difficult to produce and ship one fork brace? Hello, Super Brace, where are you! Where's my brace? Are you going to lie some more or are you going to come through with the brace? HELLO are you still in business?

Cheers

It Goes On but Not Well!

Well the saga continues! Still no email as to when I will really receive the brace, if at all. I emailed them twice on Friday and no response. Three days past their own set deadline and still no product. Unbelieveable! Very proor reputation and service. I suppose it's time to report them to the BBB and consumer reports.

Cheers

Well, I received the brace yesterday and it is simply a wonderful piece. It fit absolutely perfect and took me less than 5 minutes to fit. I had to wait an inordinate amount of time for it but I'm glad I did. It flows with the bike line instead of looking like a chunk of metal bolted on the forks. Give me a few and I'll post a photo or two for your edification. I think you'll be please to see the results.

Cheers
