Thanks for the advice, all!
I'll probably try and see if theres a way I can throw a chain around my rear end of my Mustang at night and onto the bike. That combined with a disc alarm and the Datatool should be more than enough. Any further, and its a **** good criminal whos determined to steal a motorcycle with almost no market for a parted out bike... not to mention, stealing it and trying to sell it would be rather difficult when theres only a handful of them in the states alone.
I'm only living at this apartment complex for like another 5-6 months, and then I'm moving back to my parents' house for certain reasons where they have a nice large garage.
As far as my question of the rain goes- its because my last bike was rather unsafe in many ways... it was old, crappy tires, bad brakes, clutch was gone, carbs were just about shot... so I became a very cautious rider from that bike. I finally am able to ride without being nervous when just stopping... I know in the rain (if I ever have to ride in it) to take it easy... I just don't want to be doing a basic turn and have the tires slip out from under me.
As far as "factory" alarm- I meant that as in the Datatool that pretty much is the "Factory" alarm.
