Just Bought my 2008 Street Triple
This bike is amazing. So easy to ride that I rode 100 miles today on my first day. All I can say is WOW!!!!!.

The only thing that seems sort of weird and may its because its new is that when downshifting at a stop, the gears do not seem to change unless the clutch is let go a little bit, then the bike seems to get in gear. I am sure it will work itself out. Other than that WOW!!!!!

Forget waiting for the 2009. I guess I got lucky, the bike arrived at the dealer 2 days ago and it was just waiting for me to pick it up .

Happy Riding and Safe

Enjoy the pic of this amazing Ultimate Driving Machine

DUDE!! Where did you get yours??? I live in Orlando and had to drive to St. Pete to get mine... TODAY! Even more odd- I was on I4 going east and I saw another green striple going in the opposite direction.

Nice
Congratulations Fconic,
that is a very nice ride you have. I really like the Street Triple but it looks like a toy when I sit on it.
It isn't a toy I know they are fantastic bikes, I am just a bit big looking on it!

Thanks. I got the Street Triple at the Triumph dealer off West Colonial. I have been looking for the past 2 weeks calling around until the dealer called and said they were getting a Green one in. At frist, I didn't think I wanted Green, but man, the color is sweet.

This bike in any color looks awesome, however, the Green really stands out well and makes it more unique.

I believe the Daytona dealer is getting one soon.

Ride Safe and have fun!

I think that is what makes it so easy to ride. The Street Triple makes you feel like you are on a bike, however, what a bike .

You have an awesome toy as well

Next to my Street Triple, I have a 2003 Speedmaster to be of company.

REALLY... what a bunch of *****. I contacted them bout 3 weeks ago and they said they weren't getting any more in. Thats why I had to make the 110 mile trek to St Pete

Regardless- very glad I had the dealer I did though. They were very friendly and easy to work with.

I wouldn't be frustrated with them, I think it was more or less luck . Anyway, what color did you end up getting.
