Street Triple R&G Tail Tidy

I have just fitted a R&G tail Tidy, although it looks great I am extremely disappointed. The metal tail tidy is not cut the same shape as the part removed leaving big gaps where the rain and muck can get in. Surely this will cause an electrical fault. Has anyone else found this problem?

It does not look "great", IMO. It just looks... somewhat better than the ugly OEM appendage (no major challenge!) Even more so if you bend it up, i.e. if you make it less...vertical. But, in hindsight, the cosmetic enhancement ain't worth the expense. On the positive side, in 6 months (already ???) of all-weather use and abuse, I have zero problems to report.

BTW Welcome to this forum, nohope. Jamie

Cheers Jamie, so the under-seat compartment does not fill with water then.

No it does not. But a rear hugger sure helps! Jamie
