TOR Exhaust

Hi All

Had my TOR exhaust fitted yesterday, and ECU upload.

The sound is incredible, proper loud. Loud low bass tones when cruising, and gates of hell open when I twist the loud grip Quite addictive...

There is a deffinate improvement in the torque range, although subtle, the wheel now spins in third on a damp road, so need to be a little more careful. Also had the front lift off the throttle in second, which is nice The guy in the workshop says you'll be suprised, it will wheelie in third now

I'm of the minority that actually likes the standard look, but at some stage in the future I will put a different set of underseat cans on, as I'm still not sure on the big gap left underneath when using a side exit.

The Ixil cans look good, and I will be interested to hear them in the flesh as to speak, if they are as good sounding as the TOR's, then I might consider those, as the Arrows are just too expensive!

The TOR's map is deffinately worthwhile if you are sticking good cans on
I also fitted the plastic rear hugger to protect my new Daytona shock, but today wonder how effective it really is. On damp roads this morning, its covered in just about as much **** as it normally would have been. Oh well

Hi Vega. Good choice on the Triumph after market cans. I, too, like the look of the standard cans and feel they really suit the bike.

I'm probably going to get some.

A sound clip if anyone is interested. It was recorded on my phone, so is a bit tinny and distorted, but you get the idea

I have had the Arrow 3/1 lowboy for about a month, LOVE IT. I looked at the maggot and it looks ok, allthough i dont care for the welds and less than finished look. The Arrow with the titanium pipe and carbon tip is just first rate. I felt the fact it is designed with Triumph the bike woulld be at its best under all riding conditions not one end of the spectrum or the other.
I paid a little under retail with the remapping included. The bike deserved the best possiable system and I believe the Arrow was the right one for me.

Thumbs up

I've got the TOR cans fitted now-hellishly loud with definite power gains. I would recommend them if you like the standard can look or are on a budget or just want to make sure everyone knows you are coming!

Cool What can options are there for Street Triples?

Hi,was wanting to fit a 3 into 1 can on my streety and have only found a couple of companies who make them...

Zard are my preference at the moment but im also looking at the option of a custom underslung can.....mmm....cash may play apart in option 2 and also the neighbors baby, but would love to see the finished product.

If anyone knows of quality cans other than arrow and zard please let me know.

Thanks.
