Ventura luggage system now available

The Ventura system is based around two L-brackets for a Pack Rack to slot into. The packs themselves then slot over the rack and are designed to sit either over the pillion seat or over the the tail piece and rack itself.

The Ventura Packs are available in 35, 51 and 56 litre capacities and two Spada packs can be zipped together for a 102 litre capacity.

The L-brackets cost £89.99, the Pack Rack costs £43.98 and the 45-litre capacity Spada Pack (in black, red or blue) costs £99.99, giving a total

I had one of those for my TT600. It was odd looking, but it sure worked.

Hi doggy675.

That 'ud be right, you in Pommieland get to hear of them before us in Oz.

Would you be able to post the part numbers, pretty please?

The bike that is due to be replaced with my black striple already has Ventura stuff on it, and I hope that the rack will fit onto the mounting brackets for the Triumph, so I don't have to give it away when I sell the Hornet.

Ventura ranks in OZ

I contacted Kenma (Oz importer) about this last week. He expects to have stock of the ST3 kits in March/April and sell them for $390 with the 51ltr or 56ltr bag.

Yes I am, first week of June me and 3 mates are riding to France, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland and Italy and then home, 6 days of non stop biking!. We did a trip last year to cross the Milau bridge 6 days again and about 2300 miles did it last year on a gsxr600k5. All the others are on 750gsxr's so it should be interesting!. I will just bungee on an ordinary tailpack that i have, was going to get the proper Triumph one but am not paying out £90 for it!

nice one

I have a week at the Iom TT to look forward to at about the same time as your trip. Don't fancy the Ventura system though. I have one for my Bonnie which is quite good, but it just doesn't look right for the Street3.

Hi Spike.

I was looking at a Ventura rack on a Bonnie just recently, and I thought it looked really good.

Having said that, your Bonnie seems to have gone well beyond the stock and probably wouldn't now look good with a rack on the back.

It does look rather neat tho...
