What are you guys running and where did you get them? I am interested in some that are a direct bolt on without the Triumph price... Pics would be great!

X2. Not sure my brand I have but got them on eBay for like $25. Look identical to the triumph brand. All aluminum and very solid. Dropped my bike in the driveway and the mirror took the brunt. Thought for sure the mirror would be cracked. Nope. No crack. Just rotated the bracket and re-tightened.

AliExpress.com is another option for mirrors. I have a pair on my Bonneville. Fit and finish is actually pretty good. Budget about 2 weeks for anything to arrive. Don't expect to be able to return anything or get any kind of support with them. I've rolled the dice several times on various parts but I've always been pleased.

I currently run CRG Lane Splitter mirrors, not exactly bargain basement priced. I originally had these on my previous bike, but since I knew the stock mirrors were almost useless I ported these over to the Striple. Had to get some new bar end adapters/sliders, from Rhinomoto, due to a recent unfortunate mishap, but they're back in action. :)

These look the same as what I have -- https://www.amazon.com/Astra-Depot-...469568449&sr=8-2&keywords=astra+depot+mirrors

OP: Honestly, some people say that their cheap/imitation mirrors vibrate too much or don't look right, but these ones are pretty decent. I imagine the other ones (quoted) probably are, too. Some folks swear by the name brand's, but since I haven't had any I can't comment. IMO, give one of the cheaper ones a try and if you don't like them, you're only out a few bucks.

I understand. I just remembered that vibration in CRGs was mentioned earlier and wanted to ensure it was clear the ones you posted weren't genuine. I wasn't faulting you for saving your hard earned money. As long as they work for you, and you are happy with your purchase, that is all that matters.

And, to be completely fair, the anodizing on the genuine CRG Arrows I have had on my bike since March 2013 is beginning to fade and turn a little purple, so it seems they are not without their drawbacks.

Ah its np. I understood that it wasnt your intention either.

Well, I do find it annoying that they kinda fall apart after like 3 months of using. Shouldbnt be forced to glue them together even tho they were cheap but genuine ones cost like 950 swedish kronor which is about 83 Sterling or 110 US dollar.
