No sweat. It does not have to be Mobil brand.
It does need to be ethylene glycol based to mix correctly with what's in there, and the general rule for bikes is to use a type that is silicate-free. There are motorcycle-specific antifreezes, such as the one Honda sells (in both pre-mixed and undiluted versions), and a good many car antifreezes that are silicate-free and suitable for use with aluminum (Prestone, for instance). Check the labels before you buy.
As your manual says, top up with a 50-50 mixture of antifreeze and water. Presumably, the pre-mixes already come in that concentration, although with them you're basically paying a premium price for the water they include. And although the manual doesn't mention it, I personally recommend using distilled water to avoid mineral buildup. (With the water we have around here, you should see the rock formations I have to clean out of my household humidifers each week!)
Bring the level a little above the MIN line, but don't get close to the MAX mark or you may experience overflow on the next hot day.
And be extremely cautious to prevent pets and children from getting into leftover ethylene glycol antifreeze! Treatment for glycol toxicity is both expensive and rather tricky, and it's a seriously unpleasant way to go.
