Supercharger, Turbocharger or engine mods?

Does anyone know of a company either selling kits or actually performing the work for new triples ( 05> )?

I think there's a company called Big CC racing or something and they will prity much put a turbo on anything, they are based in the UK, just can't remember where!

Just checked the website and they have a turbo B King 250-450BHP

Spupercharging vs Turbocharging

Well Ive been mulling over the possibility of either supercharging or turbo charging either my new ST3 or buying a mint older 955 and doing it up, just for fun. Im not looking to go scalp hunting on track days or going out in a blaze of glory.

Its difficult trying to establish whether it would be better to upgrade the engine ( seems unlikely as I'd want to drive it, dont really want race cams etc with the inherent unreliability / tricky driving issues, turbocharging ( not sure I want power to do 160+mph on a naked ) or a supercharger for huge torque and acceleration. I dont really want a massive power increase, just enough for a bit of a laugh, and a bike that looks a bit out of the ordinary that I could possibly take to shows etc.

As pointed out CC Racing do upgrades, but I'm thinking they would be serious money. Id really like to do this for something like £3k not £6k. These are two interesting links Ive found so far.

Joe Haile wrote some good literature on forced induction, and includes an example of a turbo'd Daytona 1200 in his book. Also worth a look is Wilcox engines and they developed this supercharged Daytona 12 motor- http://www.wilcoxengines.demon.co.uk/superch.htm

There was a turbo Rocket III floating around Georgia at some point. I can't even imagine what it is like to hang onto.

Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon.
