Tall riders?

Hi all

Just wondering if there are any 6 foot plus riders out there who can convince me the street would be ok for my 6 foot 2 frame?

i bought an 07 hornet in April then almost died whn i saw the street get launched as i am aiming at a daytona or speed triple in the future!

any help would be great!

Can't help you much from personal experience, but I'm sure as heck hoping it'll be OK, as that's my height too. The Daytona is a little cramped for me, but from the photos, the ergos look distinctly more comfortable on the Street...at least as good as (and very possibly better than) the Speed, which I found to be just barely adequate on trips longer than two hours.

I'm 6ft 1 & found the Street3 perfectly comfortable. The Daytona was far too cramped for me to even think about test riding it

I'm 6'2" with 32" leg, and I had the same concerns.

I have ridden it for an hour and found no problems, except you will be more open to wind blast. The Cowl and visor do little to help us taller riders. Depending on how you ride, I found the visor to be perfect for scooping the air right up under my helmet, with continuous force making it feel as though it was going to rip my head off, or at least pull the helmet off and bounce it down the road. This is my only real complaint.

It does feel small, well it IS small, but very nimble and so much fun to throw around. It is very comfortable, although I will be looking to replace the handle bars after a few weeks, as I want slightly different geometry.

This bike is somehow perfect all variety of heights/weight, I doubt you will be dissapointed.

Nothing wrong with that.

However, it won't look like one of those toy bikes with the leafblower engines under you, by any means.
