A (Possibly Stupid) Question About Arrow Exhausts

Anyway, the question is: the Arrow Exhaust is "not street legal" -- does this refer to emission requirements, noise requirements, both, or neither?

And if so, are we talking regional requirements (Europe, North America, Australia, etc.)?

Actually a very sensible question.

The Arrow off-road system does not comply with either EU or US noise regs, and does not meet EU emission regs.

(I'm not sure whether it meets US emission rules or not on this machine, because Euro 3 for 2008 is a little tougher than current EPA standards in some regards. However, it has not been certified to meet them, in any case.)

The Arrow street-legal system currently undergoing testing should be capable of complying with both sets of regulations, if all goes well.
