I just called Triumph Atlanta, they said maybe january or february 2008 (??) When I was ordering the motorcycle (Priority Reservation Program) they said it will be delivered in the middle of october, latest end of october....what is going on ?

Your dealer led you on.
I reserved on July 7 and was emailed by Triumph on July 13, giving a soft delivery estimate of late October.

I hate to say it Tommy, but if your dealer told you October when they took the order, they were talking rubbish. I'd like to believe the either hadn't sold any of this model lately and/or hadn't talked to their regional sales rep in the past three months, or they would have known. (The alternative is that they were leading you on, as Aske indicated. I'd hate to think that, but it could happen.)
You'll also want to be aware that the meeting in Atlanta was about lots more than the Street Triple. It was the annual dealer convention for the U.S. It's possible that they got some information on the current backlog, but the e-mail you should get directly from Triumph will supercede that anyway. It took well over two weeks for me to receive my confirmation back in August, so don't be surprised if it takes a while to receive yours.

I hear the earliest is January '08. If they do not sell like hotcakes here is the states, they will elsewhere. VERY limited availability, which is not such a bad thing.

Ordered mine July 13th and didn't receive confirmation from Triumph until August 17th with a 'projected' delivery date of October... sometime. I don't expect it for a long while. All good things to those who wait. It's not my only bike and I didn't expect Triumph to deliver that quickly to begin with. With the weather the way it is right now I don't mind the delay. Cold, wet and windy... but hey, that's the our weather for the next 8 or so months anyway. I have to move somewhere the sun shines for more than 3 months a year.
