Don't happen to recognize it myself, but you might ask over in the Speed Triple forum. Somebody's modded that S3 a fair amount, but the odds are pretty good someone there might be able to help if no one here recognizes it right off the bat.

Not a problem. They did design the Street to look an awful lot like the Speed. Glad to see you got a response over on the S3 side.
