Street triple rider age....

I just saw a post made by a 58 year old!

When I ordered my Street Triple for my 40th
(19th October in case you're interested in buying me a drink ;-) I thought I might be getting on a bit!

So how old is the average Street Triple rider?
Let's get some ages down and do the math!

Talking

58 (me) and 40 (you) make up for a current average of 49. Jamie

Ha... ha...ha...! So the current average goes UP to 51. And to think that Triumph was reportedly targetting "younger bikers"... (smile, denture permitting). Jamie

So, when people say this is a girl's bike you can (semi) officially tell them it's not. It's for old geezers...

So at the risk of sounding sexist, the bike that was supposed to be beginner / girl friendly has actually appealed to a lot of old gits.

Most of us complaining about wrist strain (caused by years of sports bike riding - honest).

Hmmmm...........

A lot? That's only 4 of us old gits thus far. Maybe that's only 4 of us grand total. Survivors. And 4 might only be 3 tomorrow morning when they tally the body count while pretending to serve breakfast at the dreaded geriatric "home". Jamie

I'm 40.

Sounds like I am going to be the baby of the group. Does this mean I can tell my wife that a green ST is not a sign of a mid life crisis
