I've been out of the Triumph fold for the last year or so. This bike looks killer though! When will they be available to buy, or are they already sold out?

Your dealer is taking pre-orders now, into September.

Most of those who ordered right after July 1st will have theirs delivered in October. I'm not sure about mine yet, though, as my dealer says orders placed this late may be in the November delivery range. Choice of color affects that as well, apparently. I'll just have to wait for the e-mail from Triumph.

If past experience with Triumph's pre-order program is a guide, whether/how many more will be made during the model year will depend on pre-order response.

Some specimens are supposed to be out there as dealer allocations this week, though I doubt if any of those will be for sale any time soon. My dealer is not getting one of those, but says he will be ordering one personally the regular way to replace his SV-650.

Not that it helps you guys in the US but dealers are quoting end of october deliveries for new orders in the UK (mines due end of Sept)
