All bikes are still built in the UK but many components are sourced from around the globe, the clutch comes from my home town of MK apparently!
In the 70's even before the complete demise of Triumph (meriden) many of the component suppliers stop manufacturing motorcycle parts or went bust as the Brit bike industry contracted (so no more Lucas! on your Trumpy)
Triumph have plants in Thailand manufacturing many of the major components
