Looking good and a red R symbol would do it. Hopefully someone offers a undertail to delete that license plate bracket soon.

I'm torn between the grey and white models. I really like the grey, but not sure about the matte finish. If I wanted to go all out changing a brand new bike, I might go with the black, paint the red bits black and start adding gold highlights in all the right places.

Going to wait until I actually see the bike. Hopefully, they will have all the R colors at the bike show...

I'm late to this party but want to throw in a word or two about the redesign.

It's not surprising that the people who like the older design don't care for the updates. I didn't get one of these bikes before in part because I hated the high exhaust. And I'm interested now because of the low exhaust and the ABS. So it follows logically that someone who likes high exhausts as much as I like the low setup and who hates low exhausts as much as I hate high ones would remain happy with their earlier bike and dislike the new one.

À chacun son goût!

It's all preference. I didn't hate the high exhaust, but it looks bulky to me on such a small, narrow bike. The redesign def caught my eye and after reading all of the changes I was sold. Looks is up to the rider, but no one can deny they've made the bike itself better.

Hi, Syscrush!

Talked to a guy from Chesepeake Cycles while at the show today. He said he had talked to someone from Leo Vince, and they already have a slip-on in the works. The wife really liked the white. We may be twins!

It will make configurating mine much easier. 2013 Striple R, check; belly pan, check; done and dusted. The rest, I'll do myself. I do have to say that the stock mirrors are about the ugliest I think I've ever seen. CRG Arrows on some Rhino Moto adapters/sliders should take care of that lickety-split.

I like it, but it still sports some what of a bulky underside. I just want to see what other options appear before going with the arrow exhaust.

It really annoys me that triumph charge so much for the belly pan and fly screen. They are two very basic add-on's. I'm sure alot of potential buyers don't initially realize they are extras, as alot of the street triple market shots show a bike full of add-on's.

Someone once said to me, "they make the street triple ugly so owners have to spend a grand on plastic bits to make it look decent".

The guy was joking but I'm sure there is truth in it.
