G'day from across the Ditch in NZ from a 65 year old (err.... young)

What a great paint job and may you have many fun years on it!

Cheers,

I think Rob is up there too. I turn 67 this month and have a 2012 Street Triple r with 2100 miles on it now. We ride year around in Texas. Best bike I've ever owned. I love the power, lighter weight, upright seat position, and lower seat ht. Black and Gold was my high school colors, so I went with that, but I too like the mat green. First one I've seen of that color.

Hi PjC

Good for you - hope you're enjoying it! See if you can get a tour of Peter Jackson's studios/Weta Workshop whilst you're in Wellington, I understand it's one heck of an experience! Pity you're not berthing near the Coromandel Peninsula or I'd shout you a beer or 3!

Love it.

Beautiful bike, have you been out riding it much?

Unhappy Unfortunately

Can't ride it till January 10 when I get my full license. The wait is killing me!

Got it!

Had the bike for 1 week now, awesome bike, amazing power. Having difficulty staying under the limits, it's a steep learning curve after my 20 yr old virago 400 cruiser, but enjoying every minute.
When I first rode it out of the dealers both legs were flapping like crazy trying to find the foot pegs! Amazing bike

That's one awesome bike..

You have quite a learning experience ahead. The power and the handling will amaze. Take it easy until you have complete control.

I was laughing at the image of your legs and feet trying to find the pegs!! I did the very same thing. The other one was putting the bike in first gear with the sidestand still down!

Hope you get that grin everytime you throw a leg over.. Ride safe..

That is a great bike! I would consider repainting mine to that color, but I'd cock it right up. Have a blast, man.!

Looks great. Love that colour. And yes, it can be dangerous to go to the store for a small item
