The only thing I can figure about the afr at the beginning is due to the way he ran it up to fourth to about 8k and then let the off and let the engine "brake" with no throttle. Depending on when they turned on the logging in relation to getting on the throttle again is probably the difference...I don't know, but that's the only thing I can figure. At the end it's, of course, running in to the rev. limiter which apparently cuts fuel explaining the extreme lean condition I suppose.

111HP to the wheel is about right. Throw in the add'l flywheel effect of the wheel/tire and you're @ about 103 on the ground.
