New 2013 Street Triple Info

Pretty sure this hasn't been posted yet. I'm actually liking the look of this better than the spy shots a couple months ago.

Abs is optional for the base model and included for the R model. It can be turned off (though it turns back on each time you start the bike).

No mention of traction control, wheelie control or anything else as was speculated in the other thread.

From the little time I've had on a '12 st3r then accidental wheelies and wheel spin wasn't a problem. So I'm not too bummed about those features missing.

It looks better than I thought it would. Not a big fan of the exhaust. I wonder how much it will go up in price with standard ABS? It looks like both the regular and the R get ABS standard?

I like the white. They should have offered a Roulette green with black shrouds and black rear sub frame

Motorcycle USA said both come standard with switchable ABS.
