Speed and street compatible:

I read somewhere on here (rat.net) that the speedie tank is compatible with the street triple. Is this correct?

nope, the tanks are different in shape, that is comparing the 09 models

About the only thing compatable btwn the speed and the street is the headlight assembly and the taillight on the 09 speed

Well if you look at the base of the tank in photos they are astonishingly similar. Also apparently someone at675net has done it as it is listed as 100% compatible in their part compatibility list.
