Street Cafè Racer

What do you think of a Street Triple base for a Cafè Racer?

Yeah, give up on the retro look (if you can with a cafe racer) and dump the spokes. Bring the concept into the present with the rest of the bike. The only exception I can think of would be one big headlight instead of two little ones and maybe analog gauges.

Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

I like spoked wheels, just not on this bike; Bonnies, Ducati Sport Classics, even Sportsters, but something feels off about them on a Striple. Like already said, the concept is sound, but what's the cast aluminum/carbon fiber design that has the spoked feel?

There are so many great cafe build candidates and the st3 is not one of them. Triumph alone makes bikes that already have the retro look and can still be tweaked to have great retro cafe racer lines, etc. The st3 is a streetfighter and should stay in the street fighter category.
