After 18 thrilling months of Streety ownership, I'm about to say goodbye to my lovely roulette green bike... it has been on track, around the Isle of Man & across Europe... and now a man from Germany is going to buy it and take it home with him

What a great bike... and what a great forum this has been.

So it's "so long and thanks for all the fish" & if anyone wants to say hello in future, I'll be over in the Speed Triple or Bonnie forums

JabberJoe - I am definitely not "getting rid"... more like passing it on to another good home. Returning it to stock condition for the new owner, I'm surprised by how upset I am. But without all those bits it is starting not to feel like my bike anymore...

My plan was to go back to a 1050 engine next year. It just happened that I got a good price on a 6 month old Speedy & that brought my plans forward by 6-12 months - you know how it is
