Choice,Choices?

Getting off of a Duc M696 this week due to an incident. Loved it but want something a little more 'sporty'. Thinking of a Striple R...maybe D675. Anyone with opinion on choice? Have been on the track with the Duc and will go back with this one although likely will end up with dedicated track bike...

That kind of makes the D675 the better choice if you're in it for the best times. Otherwise, the Street R will probably satisfy your track inclinations, as well as being a fine street machine.

The triple will be easier to keep on the road as far as maintenance goes.

This isn t the 1970s, a modern day Ducati is just as reliable as a modern day Triumph. Like the modern Triumph, the electrical system, fuel injection, brakes etc. are all Japanese.

Price is really not an issue (lucky in that regard)...I am going to ride both this week and I am probably leaning towards the striple R for now and will decide on a dedicated track bike in the spring. As far as time spent goes, I'm mostly on the street and therefore the striple R will proably be the best?
Thanks
