Q's about "R" forks on my standard!?!?!?

OK, I want the R forks on my standard and I have some questions.

1: I obviously need the brake calipers too, do I need the master cylinder?

2: Would the forks be wider or closer together / be a perfect swap?

3: Could I strip both pairs of forks (R and standard) and use the standard lower fork with the R upper fork and innards to keep my stock brake calipers but have black adjustable forks???

4: If Q #3 is not an option, do I need different brake discs?

Any info would be greatly appreciated, I would really like to go with Q #3 if possible.
