Bolt thread size for spools?

Hey guys, I want some spools for my bike, but what is the thread size for my 09' street triple r?

6mm is the size you need.

6mm is indeed correct, but be careful buying generic spools. There isn't a large flat spot around the spool mounting hole, and when I bought my generic ones, they needed spacers under them to sit on that spot without touching the curved part of the swingarm. Genuine Triumph parts would save some hassle.

I agree the Genuine Triumph parts are nice because they are made to fit the swing arm. The only down side is that they aren't very large to double as sliders when/if the bike goes down. Most aftermarket sliders are larger and protect the swing arm better than these.

I had the thoughts of the last 2 posters in mind when I was looking for spools. I ended up getting regular 6mm slider spools and using a couple of washers to clear the swingarm.
