Any Street Triple riders over 6'xx"?

I went to a demo days today and rode the green street triple. (I currently have a 2007 thrux) Bike rode and handled great, especially in the turns. The only thing that I didnt like was the seat as it was hard, not comfortable and not too much room to slide back and forth like the thruxton.

For those of you who are over 6'0, do you find the bike comfortable on 2-3 hr rides and your legs, back and wrists not getting sore or cramped. I liked the gauges, the cornering and the color. Not sure how great the bike would be on 100 mile rides. Feel free to add your thoughts

6'2", 34" inseam, 200 lbs. No problems at all. I find myself moving around in the saddle after about 90 minutes or so, but its not bad. If I have the opportunity to stop (like at a light) and stand up for a sec, I'm good for many more miles. The seat is narrower than the Thrux and that makes a big difference.

Thanks for the info, I'm also 6'2/34 but about 210. Amazing how well the bike handles and flicks around corners. A bit jumpy around town perhaps but easy to ride at our size.

Rider size has been discussed in other ergonomic-related threads, but yes, I'm 6'2" myself and do 100+ mile rides easily on the Street.

6'1 and 210. My weekend rides are usually around 100 miles each time. No issues whatsoever with my wrist, back, and legs. The stock seat however is brutal on my kiester.

WHOA! Haven't you guys heard the propaganda that the "standard" Street Triple is unsafe for riders over 180 lbs?

Damn. I don't drink enough as it is, so I guess that means exercise. Damn.

It's certainly not "ideal"
