New to the street triple forums
Hello all. Just joined this site, but I have been looking at the street triple forums for some time. I will be getting the 2013 street triple R early next year and can't wait. I love everything I read about the new striple and can already picture it sitting in my garage. Any other striple riders in Vancouver BC?

I just put sound activated purple LEDs on my royal purple street triple and it looks like a traveling light show, bike nights every week year round, best all around bike.

Hello All
New member, new rider.... just joined the site in anticipation, since the decision is made.
Well, mostly; I haven't completely decided 2013 or 2013R. ;-)
I may also not be able to resist the temptation to pick up a 2012 on closeout.... I guess that depends on how much I care about ABS. Or whether I could live with a purple one....

Oh I've gotta see the purple LED's. Do you have any pics? And i'm very interested in hearing how the installation went and where you bought them.

I posted them in my album, I have more under the rear tail that light up the tire but haven't got a pic yet,
The light bars and 50-50 strip I found on eBay, make sure to install a toggle switch so you can turn them on or off anytime, one city here just looks for any reason to have cops pull bikes over, I haven't had a problem and actually been told by a few CHP they don't care and liked them, the royal purple is a great color everyone has white, red and black, I get nothing but great comments on it.

Another new Guy
Called Jim and live in the south west of England (but Scottish) Been riding bikes since 1964 with a break while bringing up the kids (couldn't afford one ) For the past 25 years had mainly Harleys (7) but with a few others thrown in kawasaki zzr 1100 x2-,gpz600 - suzuki rf 900- Yamaha xv 920, 1100 virago, fjr 1300,Honda cbr600.vfr800-ducati monster.might have missed a few. Last bike was Harley Vrod which I had for 6 years and spent hundreds of hours modyfying (see pic) had the street triple for about 4 weeks, trying to get it run in but weather has not been very cooperative so only got 400 miles so far.Had started modding the triumph, arrow cans, titax short levers, belly pan and screen and a lick of paint (see pic) hope to be active member of the forum.

We are here!!!!
Hey guys. Just wanted to introduce ourselves. We are BestemUSA based out of Tucker, GA. We manufacture and sell Carbon fiber parts for multiple bikes but we LOVE OUR STREET TRIPLE!!! We will try to be around from time to time to answer and questions and hopefully provide any assistance or feedback whether it is regarding our parts or not.
Keep the shiny side up!!!!!

Nice welcome and sharing tips is what'll keep it going, best upgrade I got was the Danmoto exhaust,
This it truly a global commuity, Triumph got my attention with the Scrambler and sold me with the Street Triple,
I actually bought the Street Triple 6 months after I got the Scrambler,
I just had to ride it one day when I was getting my Sram, serviced, haa left it there for 2 weeks after riding the Steet off the showroom floor, best day of the year.
