First Street Triple in Vietnam

Here is my St3 from USA after 6 months of waiting. The first St3 in Vietnam.

This is another post I have extracted from the pictures thread, because I know some of our members wanted to congratulate Tuan, and also ask questions about his bike and some of the others in the pictures. It appears that naked sportbikes have an enthusiastic following in Hanoi.

I'll begin by asking about something he and I discussed some months ago... has the fuel in Vietnam proven to be of adequate octane for use in the Streed Triple?

It's a Honda CB1000R. It has the ugliest front-end (headlight and screen) I've ever seen.

Yohji, Nice bike. I used to live in Ha Noi and was there two months ago to visit friends. Across the street is the Deli cafe - a favourite cafe of mine. I may consider moving back if I could get a real bike (not a Honda Dream...) - whats the import tax on your triple?

Beautiful city and bike! Interesting competition too, but the other bikes make the Street stand out in the crowd. Congratulations!
