LSL Rearset Issue

I'm trying to install LSL rearsets but I'm running into an issue. The directions say to remove the forked pushrod at the end of the brake cylinder. I'm unable to get the forked piece off. Has anyone installed LSL rearsets on their Daytona/Street Triple? Can anyone tell me how to get it off?

Thanks

I figured it out. Just a little creative engineering with the many bolts, spacers and nuts that LSL supplied.

I'll post something once I get everything together and test everything out. Again, gotta love those directions from LSL.

I've got a followup question.

I spoke with SpieglerUSA (sell LSL rearsets here in the US). They said that supplied brakelight switch in the kit will replace the banjo bolt on the top of the brake master cylinder.

Can I just replace the banjo bolt without bleeding the brakes for air bubbles?

I think I'm asking this question correctly.

Thanks

No, once you remove the original bolt you will introduce air into the system so you will need to bleed it afterwards
