I would have thought it was a sticker. I think it looks huge and awful, get it off ASAP

Sticker

I picked up my triple R a little over a week ago. All of the graphics are stickers.

The orange Triumph on both sides of the tank as well as the Street Triple R stickers on both sides. All stickers. I'm sure they'll come off pretty easy if you wanted to. I wish the tank logos were painted on though, like the normal street triple.

I normally hate decals and remove them all but some how on this little hooligan they look somehow appropriate.

I have an '09, they are decals on the tank, not painted on.

I have an early production 08 street triple and mine seem to have a clear coat over the decals.

I think I might be wrong on my statement. I looked at it again closer today and it does appear to have a clear coat over the decal. I have the 09 Rhoulette Green (meanest, fastest, chick-magnet color). It is really hard to tell, I was not about to pick at it so much as to damage it, lol, but I would have to say it is clear-coated. Sorry about that!
