2008 Sprint ST headlamp adjustment

OK...so I departed from my beloved Honda ST1300 and picked up my first Triumph last week. I didn't know what I was missing!! Anyhow...after being flashed on a consistent basis by oncoming traffic I've determined that my low beams are simply adjusted too high. Looking into the manual I see they say that the low beams can be adjusted from underneath without removing any of the body work. I'm ashamed to say that I spent 30 minutes under the front of my bike with a flashlight and have no idea what they're talking about. Can anyone help to point me in the right direction?

Are you looking at the picture in your manual? It is pretty explicit.
