Do These Connect to Anything?

I'm wondering if the two small vent lines on each side of the high pressure fuel line connect to anything or just dangle freely?

I know the one on the right is the tip-over line and the one on the left is simply a vent hose. I wasn't paying attention when I pulled the tank off the last time and can't recall what's on the other end of these lines.....
