Anyone actually using these John Deere parts for their auxiliary outlet? Went to the local JD dealer to pick them up and I can't see any way to plug a cell phone cord or anything you'd plug into a "cigarette lighter" style port with this hardware. Still too small. Am I missing something - thoughts?

Thanks!

The John Deere plug fits the Powerlet outlet, you would have to cut the cig plug off and replace it with the JD plug. I do not know of a cig to powerlet adaptor, but you could easily make one with a corded cig. cord.

The previous owner added a standard car add-on cig. socket right below the Powerlet outlet, slaved off the leads to the Powerlet. It was rusty so I replaced it with one from West Marine. I have both now and use it for a compressor or the iPod power cord.

Stik's got the right link there.... I bought the cigar cable for when I just want my radar detector plugged in and I bought the dual (1 cigar and 1 powerlet) cable for the winter when I want the radar detector and the heated vest plugged in... they work great...

Now to hope that they get PAC-031 back in stock. That thing would be perfect. So long as my radar detector and XM MyFi dont run over 10A. I can't imagine they draw anywhere near that though...

I ordered PAC-031, the dual coiled cable, from sportbikeeffects.com . It is backordered, but expected to ship next week. With shipping it was $39.
