Seat Cowl
Looking through various member's bike pictures I have seen a number of Sprint ST pre 05 fitted with a seat cowl. Can anyone tell me who supplies them, they are not listed by any of the usual UK suppliers of such items, or does one for another make of bike fit the Triumph?

The RS had them as standard as far as I know and they came from Mr Bloor himself. (Triumph) I have one sitting in my garage!!
I have never had mine on as I do a lot of 2 up and they won't fit if you have a grab rail (which I do) or a rack without making adjustments to the cowl (cutting little recesses in to the cowl itself).
I have seen them on Ebay a few times.

Triumph never ended up offering one for the Sprint. Try here though for one from Powerbronze

So would one from an RS fit the ST? Seems like it should.

Cowl for ST
I have a triumph one I bought of eBay on my ST seat. Obviously it doesn't fit with the grab rail/rack in place. Mine is a little tight as I also have a non-slip cover on the back half of the seat, but it still goes.
I'm fairly sure that Triumph did do them for the ST, especially as I have never seen a Caspian Blue RS and my item was that colour from new!

Yes, they were made and can be used on ST's. the neatest one I saw was where someone CRS also put a Bonneville chrome wire tank pad on the cowl.

Yea, Triumph did offer seat cowls for the 04 and older models as I have one on my bike. But I don't think you can find them anywhere anymore. haven't even seen one on ebay in ages.

The RS seat cowl does fit the ST.
One member here had the seat cowl and a grab rail. He had dremelled the recess out for grab rail and then refitted it in place.
