anyone knows where can I order seal kits for Hayabusa 6 pots calipers?

I had them on my old sprint and pull them when it was totalled. my new triumph had been good for few thousands miles after I bleed the brakes, but now the lever travel started to show up again and I want to put my busa calipers back. They had been sitting dry for few months, so I want to replace the seals on them

looked on the web and found nothing. Anyone knows the place?

I would assume you can go into a local Suzuki motorcycle dealer and tell the parts guy your "bike" ( by bike I mean the bike your calipers came off of ) and order a seal set.

I got mine from ronayers.com. Seemed to be the cheapest place I could find stock seals. Suzuki sells the seals as a complete kit which was cheaper than separate seals I found elsewhere.

I know it's normal to install the 6-pots with a 5/8" master cylinder. Has anyone actually run the 6-pots with a stock 14mm master cylinder? I'm obviously trying to save some work and dollars here.

Oh yeah, how does 130 Euros sound for 6-pots with 5,000km + almost new pads?

I really like the 5/8" master with the 6-pots, but there are plenty of people who will tell you that the 14mm works just fine. I know that with the 5/8" I can stop with 2 fingers very easily, yet still have excellent feel. I never tried the 14mm with the new calipers, so I can't tell you what the difference is.

I don't know what things go for in Europe, but I paid $46 + $15 shipping for the complete front brake system from a 2007 ZZR600. That included the master and the calipers, as well as lines I obviously didn't use and pads with about 1000 km on them. (Those pads are just about done now, but they've lasted me well!!!) I think I got a very good deal, but not an unbelievable one. €130 sounds very expensive to me, but that could be the European market.

Cheers, HTH,
-Kit

That's ~ $185 and about $100 more than you'd pay in the US if you're a keen Ebay shopper. As Kit says, that may be going rate in Europe but quite expensive by US standards. Don't get me wrong - you can pay that here, but there are definitely much better opportunities if you are selective & not impulsive.
Try looking on EBay US kludge & ask seller if they will ship to Europe before you bid. There are already a couple on there that say they will ship International.
The exchange rate of course works very much in your favour.

Hmm. Shipping USPS to Europe approaches $50, so that takes a bite out of the savings...
