Question Scorpio Alarm 07 Sprint, HELP!

So, here's my problem!

I bought a Scorpio Alarm system for my 07 Sprint and I have the factory plug-in option, but I can't seem to find the right spot to plug it in. I have found two places where it fits on the front of the bike on either side, but the one on the left doesn't do anything and the one on the right just sets off the siren. Ouch, my ears!

I have called Scorpio and multiple dealers, but alas, none can help.

Any help is much appreciated!

Beginning to wonder why I even bothered to buy it, but I don't have a garage to park my bike so it's always on the street...

seprodigy,
not certain on 1050 Sprints but on 955's the Datatool alarm was usually situated under the seat along with the motion sensor.

Don't forget to keep the plug thingy you remove to plug your alarm into the loom. If one day the alarm is removed and you do not have that part your bike will be dead.

Also please reduce your picture to fit the margins.

cheers,
DaveM

The factory harness that you mate up the Scorpio factory harness kit to is located on the right frame rail. The factory connector is near the head of the frame (think to the left of the glove box and on the inside of the frame rail). That connector slides onto a plastic button/rivet that is attatched to the frame rail. Scorpio's factory harness makes it a breeze. Now, if you have purchased the ignition immobilizer/anti-hijack feature for the Scorpio, there is a catch. If so, there is a wire that needs to be snipped, and then the immobilizer unit gets wired to those cut ends of the loop. If you have this feature, let me know and I'll try to find out/retrieve the info that I recieved from Scorpio regarding this for you.
