This has probably been covered ad nauseam but I found a website a week ago that was pretty interesting so I tried some of his suggestions on my bike and it seems I've been running my tires right for all these years, cars and bikes.
Do about 10-15% cold below the manufac suggested and at running temps its right on the money at heat within one to two pounds based on the outside temps.
My stock rear Bstone BA 020 run at 5 lbs under at 30 to 45 degrees heats up to 42 lbs on a 70 degree day after about 30 miles.
You check them cold at 55 degrees and they'll be one to two pounds higher so ymmv as to how anal you are on your tire lbs.
Cheers!
