Newbie with questions

Hi my name is Greg and I live in SE Queensland Australia.
I have a 2000 RS Sprint [C/F can, hugger, kickguard and tankguard]and want to get some replacement mirrors. I read the review on Canyonchasers and Webikeworld about the Napoleons and wanted to know if they can be bought in OZ or are there good online stores that ship downunder.
I have replaced the bulbs with Philips Extreme Power 80+ and it has made a big difference-well worth the $50.
When I have to do the chain and sprockets I will try the 18t on the front as it sounds like good bang for your buck.
I live in Maleny which is at the top of a small mountain range and consequently gets a lot of fog. Has anyone got any tips on improving my visibility from the rear. I saw the thread on the Luxeon bulbs but they are not available locally.
This is a great forum with an excellent knowledge bank about all things Triumph.
Cheers

I use a Kisan Vectralight on the back of my bike in addition to the taillight. It has an LED that flashes 4 times when you hit the brakes then stays on and it has sequential turn signal strips.
It really catches your attention.

Welcome aboard

Hi Rocco,
I frequent your neighbourhood.

Welcome to TriumphRat.net and our Sprint forum.

We are a pretty user friendly bunch and there have been many newer members join in the last few months.

Partly because of the influx I am asking all new memmebers to please acquaint yourself with this sites Acceptable Use Policy or AUP which is loicated in the black bar on the bottom of the main website page.

Also could you please take the time to read the sticky in this forum titled "Forum Posting Etiquette".

I may see you on the road sometime. If you check out my Album links below you will see I have a Caspian Blue '04 Sprint ST.

cheers,
DaveM
