Idle Air Valve noise?

My iac is making a loud whistling noise, how do i fix?

Get a new one so the vaccum doesnt whistle.

They are usually vaccum controlled so if there is a leaking seal or a bad hose etc.. it will whistle although you bike probably wont idle very well either...

vacuum leak could cause?

i know where a leak is in my lines, if that doesn't solve, buy new iac? no rough idle, tho it does idle at 1700 rpm, what is normal idle rpm?

1700 rpm idle does sound a little high IMHO. Is this when it's warm? I think mine idles around 1100-1200 rpm.

Yes a vacuum line leak could cause that and that for sure is causing your high idle. Your bike should idle between 1100 and 1200 rpm. 1700 is waaaayyy to high. FInd the leak. If the leak is from the IAC then it needs to be replaced. If it is from the line then, well, the line needs to be replaced.
