There must be something about bikers wanting to beat up Porsches'
I was living in Hong Kong at the time and had a Honda NV 750, not the fastest bike the world but a good turn of speed with the throttle on. I was riding around a corner just coming out of Shek O Beach towards a long uphill straight and a Porsche swung around after me then cut-in on me forcing me to slow down, then took off. A young guy with his girlfriend in it.
I immediately took off after him and managed to catch him up in 4th then as usual to rub it in, then dropped it into 5th, and left him behind. Problem was the sharp corner at the top was coming up very rapidily and I had forgotten I had my wife on the back, she gave me hell. ......but it was worth it !
