Smile Another new guy - UK

Hello all, this post is just to introduce myself. My name is Tony and I live in Coventry in the West Midlands.

I have been lurking in the background since last June when I bought my 06 model ABS Sprint brand new from On Yer Triumph in Aylesbury.

To date I have done 5500 fantastic miles and in 4 weeks time I will be setting off on a 3000 mile trip through France, Switzerland and Italy with some guys from our bike club. If anyone is interested I'll post some piccies when I get back.

To date I have fitted a Scottoiler, Triumph GPS, high bar kit, aero screen and an Autocom system. Apart from that and some (excellent!) Michelin Pilot Road 2 tyres the bike is stock.

It would be great to tie up with like minded people for ride outs, etc as I spend most of my weekend riding on my own!

That's about it from me, Cheers all!!!

Tony welcome to the forum nice to see another brit, I'd like to come out with you but Coventry is a bit too far from the West Country to just pop out. Enjoy your trip look forward to seeing the pics. Cheers.

Hi Tony, welcome to the forum.

Yes, please post the pics of your trip when you get back. I've always wanted to ride Europe, but I doubt I'll ever get the opportunity.

Welcome, welcome, triple welcome.

It's funny that you talk about rideouts - I see more of our "rest of the world cousins" getting together for rides than us Brits Sorry I'm too far away too....
